Moynihan Station

From 2005-2009, Vishaan led the Moynihan Station development team for a joint venture of Related and Vornado Realty Trust.  This $14 billion proposal re-imagined New York’s Penn Station, the busiest train hub in the Western Hemisphere, and proposed millions of square feet of new transit-oriented development around the station.
